Urban Futures – Cultural Pasts Conference

AMPS (Architecture, Media, Politics, Society) is an international, interdisciplinary research organization, based at the Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya, that brings together people from different disciplines to find points of contact in the places we inhabit, how we teach, and how we interpret the world around us. AMPS is organizing an international conference on architecture, culture, and the future of cities, to be held in Barcelona, 15-17 July 2024. Abstracts for presentations are due on December 20, 2023. Several of the topics and themes may be of interest to archaeologists, especially Cultural Heritage – Policy, People & Place, and Cultural Pasts – The Tangible, Intangible & the Digital.
